The Victorian / Tasmanian Manufacturing Excellence Roundtable currently comprises 30 progressive manufacturing organizations that are willing to share their best practices based on Lean improvement principles.  The member companies meet monthly and rotate around the various member sites.  

Activities include;

  • plant visits,
  • lean scorecard assessments,
  • manufacturing strategy presentations
  •  common interest work group sessions. 

Our experiences indicate that this is a great way to help your people think differently, challenge their work paradigms  and to provide that extra source of motivation that we all need. Overall the aim is to improve your performance and the competitive position of your organization.
